The Enneagram: A Christian Perspective

So I have some friends who have all read this book. When they started talking to me they were are like…so I think he’s a 9, no maybe a 4, or maybe a redeemed 6 going for a 3. WHAT!???! I mean…are you saying I could be a 10? oh…there’s only 9? ok…I’m confused. Then they said, no silly…it’s like a personality test but the system has been around for hundreds of years and there’s a book that brings it together in a christian perspective…oh, I got it.

So I read the book this past weekend. It’s a bit heavy getting into and a bit wordy for my simple and pictured filled brain, but I broke through and made it to the good stuff. Turns out that I’m a 7. Have you read it? What are you?

You can take the online test here or here. I would heed this warning…or disclaimer…You most likely not be all of the characteristics a number describes. (I know that as a 7, I am not everything it describes.) However, you might identify with most of them so don’t take it all to heart unless it makes you uncomfortable to read, then you are probably spot on with being that number.
