After running a countless numbers of races of all distances and over 35 triathlons including Ironman, I’ve learned a few things about running. I’ve made all the mistakes the hard way. When I hired my first coach, my performance turned around dramatically. Along the way, I became a certified running coach and found out what makes a good training plan work for a well-deserved race day. All while maintaining a full time job, international travel and a family.
